Pompeii Porta Nocera. Tomb 31OS. May 2006. There are two inscriptions on the front of the tomb. According to D’Ambrosio, Marcus Stronnius Meinius erected the tomb for his patrons and for Stronnia Acatarchis, perhaps his wife. The link with the two Caius Stronnius is unknown.
The Meinius inscription (on the right) may be older and the Stronnio (on the left) more recent.
