Pompeii Porta Nocera. May 2006. Tomb 31OS. There are two inscriptions on the front of the tomb.
According to D’Ambrosio,
Marcus Stronnius Meinius erected the tomb for his patrons and for Stronnia Acatarchis, perhaps his wife.
The link with the two Caius Stronnius is unknown.
The Meinius inscription (on the right) may be older and the Stronnio inscription (on the left) more recent.
