In the centre of the floor is a large square mosaic panel
with a geometric pattern with coloured elements
The main threshold has twisting mosaic borders with eight white
mosaic squares with a coloured motif in each.

In this room are paintings of Thetis in the workshop of Hephaestus, Jason, with one sandal only, stepping in front of Pelias, and Achilles with Briseis and Patroclus in his tent
In the centre of the mosaic floor is a large square mosaic
with a circular geometric pattern and plants in each corner.

The shrine was dedicated to the cult of the Egyptian deities.
On one wall are paintings of objects of the cult of Isis including a sistrum (rattle) and a cobra.
On the other wall is Isis
in the centre wearing a red and black sash and holding a sistrum.
Anubis is dressed
in red. A small figure between Isis and Anubis is possibly Harpocrates.
Serapis or Osiris
is dressed in white with the horn of plenty in his left hand and a sistrum in
his right.
At the bottom of each wall is a snake approaching a central round altar.

Bronze statuettes of Mercury, Juno, Jupiter, Minerva and two Lares and a bronze jug were found on the two shelves
The lararium podium is painted to represent red and yellow
marble with a darker circle in front.

There is an alcove
for a wide bed, shown by the pattern of the flooring.
In the flooring, on
the left, may be the site for another narrow bed alcove.
On the walls at the
north end of the room are the sites for four glass medallions on which were the
gilded cupids that gave the house its name.
