The walls of this triclinium would have been painted with a high zoccolo painted in black panels separated by compartments. 
The middle zone of the walls would have had red and yellow panels separated by architectural details in IVth Style.

VI.7.6 Pompeii. Room 10, west end of south wall of triclinium.

The outline shape of a Muse has been recognised in the plaster on a red painted panel, and this has been recognised as Thalia with a feminine mask in her right hand. Helbig wrongly described a masculine mask in her right hand.

A composition of three larger frontal figures, whose head were damaged when found.
Kuivalainen comments –
This wall painting illustrates a rare combination of Venus, Jupiter and Bacchus, all with their characteristic companions or attributes.
Bacchus is the only one with bare feet. The remaining paintings of this triclinium do not provide any insight into this painting.

This wall painting illustrates a rare combination of Venus, Jupiter and Bacchus, all with their characteristic companions or attributes.

VI.7.6 Pompeii. Pre-1827 drawing of wall paintings, according to RMB found in the same room. 
Drawing of a young woman holding onto the neck of a bull, (top).
According to RMB, this painting was found in the centre of the wall opposite the lower drawing.
It was thought to be an interpretation of Jupiter kidnapping Europa, (Europa on the bull) but in this painting it was recognised as a Bacchante celebrating with the Dionysian bull.

According to RMB, this painting came from a room of a small house behind the Crypt of the Building of Eumachia.
It shows Hercules crowned with oak sitting on a lion’s skin, holding his club, with Iole.

(Note, the description of the house as being from a house behind the Crypt of Eumachia’s building, would seem to locate it as from VII.9.60/63.
That location also provided a drawing of a painting of Europa on the bull, which seems very similar. However, in that room is no mention of Hercules and Iole.
In this house, VI.7.6, there is mention of a painting of Hercules and Iole on the east wall of the triclinium, but no mention of Europa or a Bacchante.)

VI.7.6 Pompeii. Pre-1827 drawing of wall paintings, according to RMB found in the same room.

According to RMB, this painting was found in the centre of the wall opposite the lower drawing.
